Aircraft Rental

Fellowship Aviation is committed to maintaining this aircraft to the highest standards.  Aircraft are inspected every 100 hours and are equipped with a WAAS certified GPS/COM – Garmin 430W.  Each aircraft is insured with a $2,000,000.00 commercial liability policy which includes $100,000.00 student & renter pilot liability.  

The current hourly rental rate for Cessnas 172 (N30370 and N5283R) is $160 per hour (wet) and is due at the completion of each flight.   Cessna 182 (N49FC) is $230 per hour (wet) and is due at the completion of each flight.

• Prior to renting this aircraft and acting as PIC, you must be checked-out and approved by an authorized Fellowship Aviation flight instructor.
• All flights must be entered and scheduled on the Fellowship Aviation scheduling app.
• Date, Pilot Name, Hobbs Meter Start Time, End Time & Total Time must be logged in this Flight Log Notebook.
• Please log any comments or aircraft squawks in the Flight Log Notebook.
• If there are any major safety concerns or any grounding of the aircraft – please contact Fellowship Aviation immediately @ 706-476-3740.
• Rental Payment is due at the completion of each flight. Please calculate your payment due (Total Flight Time x hourly rate).   Pay online through Flight Schedule Pro.   
• If any aircraft fuel is purchased and paid for personally, please turn in a copy of the fuel receipt (either manually or via text or email) and deduct the fuel purchase amount from the total rental payment that is due.
